Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility for Return: Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must have all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items:​

    • Final sale items (e.g., clearance items)

    • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at via the contact form on our website to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.

  3. Pack the items securely and ship them back to us.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value. If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you'd like an exchange instead of a refund.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
